The Law Of Attraction - What Is It?

The law of attraction became very popular when the film ''The Secret'' came out. As any film, it really made LOA (Law of Attraction) seem magical, when in reality things aren't really as easy as just imagining we have something and then suddenly we have it.

It's not as easy as people think, and that makes many of us think it doesn't work and is utter nonsense. I've been there and thought these things myself. But as I started to learn more, I started to understand how it really works, and now I can share it with you. Maybe I will make this post in parts, because there's a lot of info and I'm not good at keeping it simple!

LOA starts within you! There's no technique or special way of using it. You've been using it your entire life! You just didn't know that. All you have to do is realise that you are a co-creator on this planet. You are the co-creator of your life.

As I mentioned earlier, we are co-creators of our own lives, this means we are attracting things to us without even knowing. We start using the law of attraction willingly once we start paying attention to ourselves.

''How do I use LOA unwillingly?'' Well, you go through your day focusing on problems that you don't want in your life, and that is where you're creating a life with more problems and unpleasant things. I am not saying you should completely ignore the negative experiences in your life, not at all, we should acknowledge them! We just shouldn't dwell on them and obsess over it, that's when we start getting more of what we don't like.

You had a bad day? Don't dwell on it until you go to sleep or tomorrow will suck just as much. Some negative things might have happened, you acknowledged it, feeling bad about it won't change it right? So just move onto thinking about something that will make you feel good. Try to turn this into a daily practice.

You're like a magnet. You're not trying to attract these unpleasant situations but you just simply do, because you put your focus onto them way too often. This is what we do all the time and this is why our lives are the way they are. Hard to believe and accept, I know, I've been there.
If you switch your focus onto more positive things that you enjoy, soon enough you'll start to see more positivity in your life. If you think about how you never have money for anything, you'll always never have money for anything because that's your default thought process. Focus more on what you want, not on what you don't want!

It won't be super easy to change your thought process, it won't happen over night, sometimes you will still fall and keep thinking about all these things in your life that you don't like. But that's okay! As long as you pick yourself back up and shift your focus into something good, that makes you feel right. Slowly but surely things will start to change for you!
