What an awesome way to encourage new authors and skill up those more practiced! I'm particularly pleased to see a post about it here, where I'll get to at least consider it (which I alaready have, and wrote it in my head. I'll be detecting my thumbs tomorrow at 3pm my time, so am unlikely to be able to participate, but I'll truly be there in spirit!)

Please, keep doing this kind of post, so even if I can't join in, I can at least fantasize about it, and practice in my head.
