Rewards On Delegations - Plus Additional Voting

Delegators are rewarded with upvotes from the 5x votes that are not used for the Awesome Daily Spotlight and the Awesome Daily Upvotes, each delegator gets 1 daily upvote in accordance with their delegation level, and leased SP does not count.

Plus we also give @steemauto a daily 25% upvote for their service delivering these votes, and we give meaningful comments an upvote of 0.5% for the sake of visibility, and reserve a total of 5% daily for that.

And the votes that are then left over will be used to manually curate great content in the CTPtalk tribe with upvotes between 30% and 50%, starting from September 10 (tomorrow).

Apart from receiving upvotes delegators also get paid in SBI Units using 100% of all liquid earnings in Steem and SBD coming into this account, they are paid out every Sunday, and you can read all details and the latest payouts in the last Awesome Weekly Spotlight, plus they are also rewarded with payouts in CTP tokens amounting to 50% of our earnings in CTP, the other 50% will be staked to grow our stake and voting power in CTP.
