What is a Rich Life?

Good Morning,

I attended an amazing seminar this weekend and one of the main questions is how do you describe in detail living a rich life?

Is it being free from having to prepare your own food or wearing the same socks on a daily basis?
Is it feeding 100 homeless people and having the time to connect with the community?
Is it buying anything your attention calls to without question?

This also raises a question of what is a problem worthy of your time? Working under the model that have a rich life opens you to more options/choices what problems that life throws your way are worthy of the attention.

I'd greatly appreciate thoughts and ideas.
