What is truth? Most of the human race would not be able to discriminate between fact and fiction. If you threw sand on the floor and told the muck that it is grain, they would peck at it. Access to information does not result in informed populace; rather, the result is a confused mob that elevate the ignorant opinions of unlettered clowns to the same value as the reasoned opinions of professionals and experts. Most of the people of this world can not even accept the reality of their circumstances or the truths about themselves. Censored and tailored narratives are not only what the muck demand, but what the muck require, in order that they function within society without becoming schizophrenic.
