there are just to many people in poor condition and struggling to make it up a flight of stairs.

thats me right there. I got weighed the other day at the hospital. 234 lbs (106.141 kilograms) and not a muscle to be found. whhhahahahaaha
on the bright side I am a happy fat guy.
