Kurds Threaten Secession if they are not Included in the Constitutional Committee
Kurds received their long awaited and expected shock when the UN announced the formation of the Constitutional Committee tasked to review the Syrian constitution and suggest amendments if needed.
The Kurds had high hopes to be able to 'Israelize' the land they occupied with US support under the pretext of fighting ISIS while the US was merely carrying out flag-changes between the Kurdish militias and the US's more favorite ISIS militia.

While communities group together to face threats you'd see some communities try to break apart pushed by foreign forces.

So fighting ISIS is the basis to which they want to secede? Well like you said earlier it's only a gimmick, I so believe trying to Israelize the land is really uncalled for, they should just accept the ruling and amendment and move on.
