Growth is always painful and that is why we have to be disciplined to scale through any training we undertake.
Some days will always bring challenges that seem to be more difficult than we can contend with and it leaves us with options as giving up, enduring, or develop coping strategies.
This video tells us that we ought to be tough to endure through a tough season of our lives.

I've learnt from him that "tough times do not last but tough people do".

You're right @Oppongk. We all must learn to sacrifice, in this case, sacrificing our tears and pain for the sake of growth.
We must learn to wait through the storms of life for they will not always be forever.
Everything on life has their season and they all contribute their quota to make us whom we are and will become.
