Ticket 传票

There are different tickets, of which we like to avoid the one that required a fine. It happened that this morning, my wife and me went to fix a flat tire. We parked our car and we were not aware that a parking fee was required. After we had eaten our breakfast, I went back to our car. Then I saw a summon ticket attached to the car. I immediately knew that we were fined.

Nevertheless, I have to be thankful because the fine required was only RM30 to be settled within a certain period. Secondly, it gives me a lesson that I have to be more cautious when parking a car especially in a place that a fee may be required. Thirdly, my original assumption was that we didn’t need to pay a parking fee because the mechanic was there fixing our car, but I did have a brief feeling that parking fee might be required. As I ignored such feeling, we were fined. Therefore, it is vital to pay attention to our sensing or feeling.

We quickly went to settle the fine. And we came to know that there was a fifty percent discount for the first time offender if we were to pay in the other office at UTC building. Later we went to UTC in another location. My wife, being the owner of the car, she was given fifty percent discount. The good news is that she paid only RM16, and was given two booklets of parking coupon, which was actually worth RM15. Hence, the fine being paid actually was only one ringgit.

It is certainly not good to be fined. But it can become a fine experience if we are able to learn some meaningful lessons.

有不同的票，我们希望避免收到罚款的票。而今天早上事情就发生我们的身上，我和妻子一同去修理一个车胎。我们把车停好了，却没有意识到需要停车费。我们吃完早餐后，我囘到停车处看到了附在车上的传单，我立刻知道我们被罚款了。

然而我还是心存感激因为在一定期限内缴罚款只是 30 令吉。其次，它给了我一个教训，我必须在停车时更加谨慎，特别是在可能需要付费的地方。第三，我最初的假设是我们不需要支付停车费，因为有修车员工在那里修理我们的车，但我当时曾有一个短暂的感觉，即我们可能需要付停车费；由于我忽视了这种感觉，我们被罚了。因此，关注我们的感知或预感是相当的重要。

我们很快就去支付罚款。後来我们知道，如果到另一个办事处(UTC)付款，第一次違规者有50％的折扣。我们到了UTC 所在地点；我的妻子作为汽车拥有者，她获得了百分之五十的折扣。更好的消息是她最后只支付了 16 令吉，并获得了两本停车券册子，其实际价值为 15 令吉。结果我们只支付了 1 令吉罚款。

被罚款当然不算是好事，但是我们能够從中学到了一些有意义的功课，它也成为了一种很好的经验。
