MINUTES OF THE MEETING DURING THE FIRST (1ST) MEET UPS OF THE STEEMPH.NEGROS GROUP AT NEVAH’S PIZZA PLACE, CORNER TUBOD/AMIGO SUBDIVISION, DUMAGUETE CITY LAST MARCH 1, 2018 AT EXACTLY 9:30 IN THE EVENING

A total of 15 attendees were present as evidence of the attendance sheet attached. The meeting started with a simple prayer led by Brod RJ then the group introduced itself individually.

The group was hosted by @bobiecayao, the leader, and he was the one who discussed to the group what is @steemph.negros all about and how this existed and the preliminaries of it.

This is an online program where you will be called a blogger/writer and you are paid for every article you sent to steemit and once it pass the curator, your article will then be upvoted.

More discussions were being introduced by @bobiecayao. @steemph.negros is now planning to do more activities as charity works for the community and other proposals which the later will do the making with the support of @stewart-suarez and the group as once you pass the proposal to @steemph they will do the funding support, etc. @bobiecayao also discussed the mission and vision of @steemph.negros and the dream of creating more leaders and dedicated ones were being emphasized.

Objectives were also discussed by him one by one and how this has to function for the good of the group. Questions and answers re: steemit mission, vision, objectives were tackled and thus there was a consensus of the group that by March 2018, this year another meet up should be done and an attendance of 30 or more is expected. There are many groups from other steem group like in Bacolod, Cebu, Manila, Cagayan, Davao, etc. But in this meet up, the meet-ups should focus only on the Negros group excluding.

By March 24, 2018 at 6-9 in the evening at Bethel Dumaguete is the schedule meet up for the @steemph.negros group. An attendance of 30 or more is expected as the 15 pax who attended the meeting here at Neva will be allowed to bring 1 invite. Program for said event was already being done and what will happen during this coming meet up. There having no more discussions, the group adjourned at exactly 11pm.
