Never compete with anyone as we are in different time zones

As a result of their difficulty in achieving major aims in life such as securing a befitting position in a reputable company, getting married on time and having children at a young age, getting expensive accessories and gadgets, a lot of people have become so angry with themselves and jealous of their counterparts who they believe are successful.

They fail to realise the fact that human beings have different time zones and the fact that someone starts well is not necessary the condition that the person would end well.

An example of this fact is Sandra, who finished school and got her degree at the age of 20 and ended up searching for a job for 12 years, and then goes together for an interview with Tonye who bagged her degree at the age of 32!

In another scenario, we have youths who became CEOs at a very tender age and then got burnt out a few years after, just as we have people who started their careers at a very old age and went ahead to change the world.

In another scenario, we have a category of people in their 60s (the right age for retirement) while some would go ahead to retire and begin their vacations, others would just be starting their careers.

Therefore, no matter the situation you are going through, you need to note that all human beings work in their own time zone.

Never should you compare yourself with anyone because the time you get it right does not matter. What does is that you get it right at the end of the day irrespective of your age.

Also avoid mocking those who don't seem to get it right because at the end of the day, it is only time that can tell!
