How can I get rid of loneliness? Some tips !
1. Create self-confidence.
Respecting and consenting to yourself is an important step to be taken in order to build healthy and long-lasting social relationships. Think about the value you value for yourself. If you feel comfortable with yourself, it also reflects on others.
2. Find something you think you are passionate about.
Be a part of a language course if you like foreign languages or volunteer in an open environment if you like nature. These are the places where you can make friends.
3. Show your presence.
Remember, who does not dare - does not win. It is not classified as a loss if you lose someone who does not fit as a companion. This is not called 'lost', called 'proven'.
4. Meet in neutral places.
Directly after you have made the first step and invited someone to retire, choose an ambiance to spend time. This reduces the pressure you would have if you would have invited home and give you more time to focus on each other.
5. Ask questions.
If you want to become popular, ask them about yourself and listen carefully when responding. Rarely finds good listeners today. It is the best possible passport to a real society.
6. Do not expect high expectations.
A common mistake we make is often the high expectations of a person. It would be healthier if you were more realistic and had a variety of companions for different reasons.
