This snack is made with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, and then wrapped with linen or nori. In addition to be used as a side dish, healthy food rich in fiber can also make these as a snack in the menu dietmu.
Ingredients:
• wet Nori
• approximately 12 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)
• 12 ounces of flower seeds
• 8 oz flask

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons onion
How to make it:
