Materials:
Potatoes
Salt
Corn Flowers
Oil
Garlic
Chili pepper
Ginger garlic paste
Onion ring
Capsicum
Pepper powder
Soy sauce
Sugar
Vinegar
Chile sauce
Method:
Cut the potatoes a bit. Then mix it well with salt and corn flour.
Let the oil heat in a pan. If the oil is hot then fry it with potatoes. Throw down the brown color.
In another pan, roasted garlic, chili, onion rings, capsicum, and fry it.
Roll it with chilli powder, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt and chili sauce.
Give it to the fried potatoes. Slow for a while.
The interesting thing is that the famous Chilean potato was made.
Serve with fried rice or polao Chile potato.
