You’ve been adored,
since 1934.

Clarence Nash was a great choice,
to give you a unique voice.

I spent many afternoons,
with your comics and cartoons.

Your antics with friends,
ensured the laughter never ends.

Often featured with Mickey Mouse,
the king of Disney’s house.

And Goofy with his southern drawl,
you provided laughter for all.

There’s your gal, Daisy Duck,
she loves you even when you run amok.

Your family tree,
includes nephews, three.

Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
Makes me slap my knee.

Your uncle, Scrooge McDuck,
is certainly tight with a buck.

Donald, you’re beloved,
and should be dubbed,

America’s favorite drake.
I hope you enjoy your birthday cake!
