Token IG has switched to Airdrop after ICO Flop
Due to lack of interest, IG Token project pulled the plug on his ICO and switch to airdrop instead. In the meantime, the smart new contracts to distribute tokens with a serious load network Ethereum. Token IG gave up on the idea of bidding early coins (ICO) because the funds are not enough land to the wallet and will redistribute the token.
IG token activity attracted attention after becoming the biggest gas guzzler in the gas station Ethereum. In the last few weeks, a handful of token and smart contracts make network overwhelmed, seemingly without reason and raises suspicions of fraud.
At one point, the use of gas increased to IG Token 19.9% of total gas network in the Ethereum. Soon after that, the pace slowed down while other dApps airdrop took over. IDEX decentralized exchanges, the most visited, now uses about 2.7% gas.
It turns out that the IG is a Token effort project ICO recently with the awarding of bonuses. However, the interest to buy a token that is very thin, so it is now possible for anyone to send 0 ETH to smart contracts. In return, that person will receive a number of predetermined IG.
IG token, based on projects Ignite, is a system that is based on blockchain, coincidentally very similar to the idea behind Augur (REP) – distributed application that gets the current speed.
However, accepting that not entirely free airdrop since prices rise with the increasing use of thin. For the quickest transaction, the price is 10 GWei, which is still a relatively normal level but indicated an increased network load.
Digital asset IG aims to register at bursa in August 2018 and predicted application released towards the end of the year. The project estimate more than 100,000 users of the applications in one year – a rather large amount considering that right now, the application of distributed network based Ethereum barely manage a few thousand users, normally be several hundred.
Market prices remained stagnant around ETH $467.52, meet the expectations of that role of the ETH as the currency of the utilities will keep prices remain depressed. Transaction network is currently worth around Ethereum $0.05, but the peak in prices of ETH can make use of airdrops, ICOs, dApp or not too expensive.
