Key point

How is it done?

Cut the dried onions and garlic finely. Go back over with a knife back like armor. Cut the yellow parts into long thin pieces without taking the white parts of the lemon crust.

Take out the seeds and pass the red pointy pepper through the kitchen robot. Sprinkle fresh onions and parsley very thin.

Take the oil-free item you've squeezed twice to the surface of a raw meatball. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic, pepper crust, tomato slice, lemon crumb fragments, salt, pepper, cumin and red pepper.

Knead all the ingredients, like kneading meatballs, by mixing them with your hands until they are well. Cover with a stretch film and stand for 1 hour.

At the end of the hour, remove the lemon crumbs. Add a thin bulgur that you can not wash and continue to knead for a long time by pressing it against your palm.

During the kneading process, continue drying the kneading process by adding grated tomatoes and red pepper paste to the dry blot.

Add your fresh onions and parsley to your slices. Finally; add olive oil and ½ teaspoon of water according to your desire and continue to knead until you get a good consistency.

Tear off pieces of raw meatballs you prepared and tuck them in your palms with your hands. After serving, serve with greens. Share with your loved ones


It is a famous flavor in Turkey's Sanliurfa.
