Tach's mission is to create semi-autonomous local city groups among the universities and help them grow. In this way we aim to create a network of rapid interaction among university students and to produce projects supported by Steemit. We are trying to create a decentralized city communities network.

This is from @tach's mission statement post and @tach's long term goal. We did an experimental -guerilla marketing project for 3 cities of Turkey. You can see more detail for our Turkey in the Streets Project. We said our next move will be for universities and students. Because they are our main target group.

Why Universities?

Because an university student have knowledge and experience to produce creative contents. Each can produce content in their own department and they mostly can write English. I think this is most important thing for a local community in Steemit ecosystem. Having more visibility. So, we are trying to grow in universities because we want to create Steemit crowdfunded projects. And that's how we want help a lot of people in Turkey with using exchange rate.

I think exchange rate is the key in here. Because Turkish Lira (TRY) is continuously depreciating against USD. The exchange rate difference can be advantageous for a student and Steemit crowdfunded projects in Turkey. So, that's why we want to grow in universities. Find more creative content producer and create more Steemit crowdfunded projets like Steem Park Project.

Promoting Steemit in University

We created many Steemit tutorials in Turkish language with @sndbox. Because we we should be ready for new members. After this, I made a presentation about Steemit for students. I will make a organization for the whole university and city soon. It will be a big event about blockchain technology, digital media and Steemit. But before that I made a special presentation for the department of Computer Science. It's kind of like a demo before the big one. Because in Steemit there are many software projects opportunity.

They liked Steemit and opportunities. After presentation we created a organization team for @tach's first big event in universities. Now we are preparing for the big event. And all rewards from this content will be use for this event. Because this event will be of 600 people and university will help us some points (about place and campain ads). But there will be other expenses and I need your help for this. You can upvote and resteem this post for helping. With this event I hope many old and new Turkish community members will be meet.

So, we made a small start and the presentation was very good. We are preparing with a strong team for the big event and we will do it soon. The Turkish community and @tach are preparing to make good projects. We are charting a rapidly rising number of members, content production, interaction between members and platform learning process. Tach'in uzun vadeli hedefi üniversite ve şehirlerde yarı özerk lokal şehir grupları kurmak ve onların büyümesine yardımcı olmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda üniversitelerde Steemit'i tanıtıp üye toplayarak oluşturulan gruplar ile Steemit destekli projeler üretmeyi hedefliyoruz. Yani merkezi olmayan birleşik şehir grupları ağı oluşturmaya çalışıyoruz da denilebilir.

Bu alıntı @tach'in misyon ve durum değerlendirme postundan bir alıntı ve aynı zamanda @tach'in uzun dönem hedef ve çalışma programının bir özeti. Bildiğiniz gibi daha öncesinde @steeminator3000, @vitruvianman, @kalvas ve ben ( @monomyth ) deneysel bir pazarlama-tanıtım projesi ile 3 farklı şehirde Steemit'i tanıtmıştık insanlara. Bunu yaptıktan sonra bir sonraki hedefimiz üniversiteler olacak diye belirtmiştik çünkü asıl hedef kitlemiz üniversite öğrencileri.

Neden Üniversiteler?

Çünkü bir üniversite öğrencisi kreatif içerik üretimi için gerekli altyapı ve tecrübeye sahip oluyor çoğunlukla. (İngilizce bilgisi, blog yazma tecrübesi, spesifik içerik konseptleri vs.) Her bir öğrenci okuduğu branş ile ilgili rahatlıkla içerik üretebilir mesela. Hatta bir çoğu bu içerikleri İngilizce yazıp global bir görünürlüğe de erişebilir. Bizim gibi lokal topluluklar için global kitleye hitap edebilen ve içerik+network leri ile o kitleyi kendine ve dolaylı yoldan topluluğa bağlayan üye sayısı oldukça önem arz ediyor. Bu yüzden @tach olarak Türk topluluğuna olabildiğince üniversite öğrencisi olan üye kazandırmak ve bu üyelerle döviz kuru farkı tabanlı ve Steemit fonlu projeler üretmek öncelikli hedefimiz.

Sanırım burda kur farkı tabanlı kavramı kilit nokta çünkü TL Dolar karşısında değer kaybettikçe bunu avantaja çevirme imkanımız artıyor. Neticede burada dolar endeksli gelir elde ediyoruz ve TL'ye çevirildiğinde ufak rakamlar bile bir çok projeye fon sağlayabilecek meblalara dönüşebilir. O yüzden bu kur farkını avantaja çevirip proje üretimine ağırlık vermek istiyoruz, özellikle gerçek hayatla olabildiğince bağlantılı projelere. Örneğin Steem Park Projesi.

Üniversitede ilk Steemit Sunumu

Daha öncesinde @sndbox ile birlikte bir çok Steemit kullanım kılavuzu içeriği ürettik. Yeni gelen üyelere yardımı oldu ve olmaya devam da ediyor. Bu tür içerikleri arttırmaya ve olabildiğince geniş bir Türkçe kullanım kılavuzu arşivi oluşturmaya çalışacağım. Çünkü yeni gelecek üyelerin önce platformun işleyişini öğrenmesi gerekiyor. O yüzden üye çekmeden önce gelecek potansiyel üyelere yönelik içerik üretimine ağırlık vermeye çalıştım elimden geldiğince. Bu işlem belli bir noktaya geldiğinden ve Türk topluluğu olarak hep birlikte gerek platformda gerek Discord'da birbirimize her türlü yardım elini uzatmaya başladığımız için ikinci kısım olan üye çekme işine başlayabiliriz artık.

Geçtiğimiz gün yakında gerçekleştireceğim büyük event öncesi kendi bölümüm olan Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümüne özel bir Steemit sunumu yaptım. Bir nevi demo oldu benim için. Ardından asıl organizasyon için ufak bir ekip kurduk ve çalışmalara başladık. Yakında Çanakkale'de blockchain, dijital medya ve Steemit üzerine birden fazla konuşmacının katılacağı büyük bir etkinlik yapmayı düşünüyorum. Bunun için gerekli ayarlamaları yapıyorum son günlerde. Tabi Steemit Türkiye topluluğunun üyeleri olarak hepinizi etkinlikte görmek isterim, neticede topluluğun etkinliği ve bizi bir arada görmeleri yeni katılımcıları teşvik edecektir.

Bu yazıdan gelecek tüm telirler ve destekler bu organizasyonun harcamalarında kullanılacak. Üniversite şuan sadece 600 kişilik konferans salonunu vermeyi kabul ediyor, geri kalan harcamalar Steemit üzerinden fonlanacak. Aslında bir nevi ilk Steemit fonlu projemizi gerçekleştirmiş olacağız bu organizasyon ile. Bu etkinlik için her türlü öneri, fikir ve yardım teklifine açığım. Hep beraber yaparsak bunu daha çok mutlu olurum, belki ilk Türk topluluğu buluşması bu etkinlik ile gerçekleşir. Son 3 aydır üye sayısı, üretilen içerik ve yorum sayısı, üyeler arası etkileşim oranı hızlı bir artış gösteriyor. Şuan ki yönetim ekibi de bu konuda oldukça özverili çalışıyorlar zaten. 2018 yılında en çok sosyal veya ticari proje üreten, en hızlı büyüme oranına sahip topluluk olabilir eğer birlikte çalışırsak.
