Our Trip to Great Sand Dunes National Park ⛰📷
These are the highest Sand Dunes in North America.
A truly epic place to hike up mountains of sand.
The second you get to the top of a massive dune, you realize there is one even higher and you’re nowhere near the top.
We walked about halfway up (they tell me we weren’t halfway but I’m pretty sure we were)...
Then Cion decided he wanted to tumble down one of the dunes so I supervised his tumbling.
They have Sand Boards and Sand Sleds to rent 🏂🛷⛰ but we didn’t want to die so we figured we would just hike it.
I’m so proud of @consciousangel7 for coming out here, she was the only pregnant lady on those massive Dunes.
Our baby Anjel is going to be a such a badass. 😄
Definitely visit this National Park in Colorado if you can get a chance!

Ideally, the sand dunes are real fun in a 4X4, fun-filling and exciting. However, walking on such terrains can really be an amazing experience in itself. Though there is lot of physical imbalance on the sand dunes and sometimes I find it exhausting and tiring. Still so very eventful. Those definitely are awesome shots. Interestingly, last two shots, look like...A visit to Mars".:) :) Thanks for sharing.
May I suggest also White Sands National Monument?
