This is a personal list of the 10 best beaches in Venezuela without specific order. Of course, so much beauty of our coasts does not fit only in ten squares. Enjoy them ...

10.- Cayo de Agua - Los Roques

Chosen for two consecutive years as Traveler's Choice by TripAdvisor page as world's favorite beach destination. Pride of our map!

9.- Isla de Plata - Anzoátegui

It receives its name by the silver color of the reflection of the water that astonished to the colonizers in its arrival. Very close to Puerto La Cruz city

8.- La Ciénaga - Aragua

Taking a boat in Puerto Colombia and resisting 15 minutes of navigation with waves, you get to these calm waters ideal for snorkeling. There are inns and restaurants

7.- Yapascua - Carabobo

A magical cove where you can only reach by boat from Patanemo Bay or a two-hour trek up through the mountain. At night the plankton makes the water shine

6.- El Yaque - Margarita

As there are beaches for all tastes we could not leave El Yaque outside. Home of several world champions, it is the mecca of windsurfing and kitesurfing

5.- Tuja - Aragua

Tuja is one of the secrets that Aragua treasures and that we should all visit. It is reached by boat because it is a cove. You can camp there, but take into account that there are no services of any kind

4.- Vallecito - Sucre

Between Sucre and Anzoátegui you will find a small but charming beach, away from the hustle and bustle, with little waves and in the middle of Mochima National Park. It has all the services and easy to get in your car

3.- Cayo Herradura - Dependencias Federales

Together with Tortuguilla and Punta Delgada there are part of Isla La Tortuga belonging to the Federal Dependencies

2.- Caracolito - Miranda
