From coffee beans to espresso
On my way to Rembele, Bener Meriah, Aceh, in early November 2018. I had time to photograph the coffee harvest festival activity at Seladang Cafe, a coffee shop on a coffee plantation.
At the event, the Gayo traditional coffee farmer demonstrated how the coffee processing was ready to be drunk. Of course, I missed the coffee making process by the barista because I was curious about the taste of the coffee.

How amazing is this? To actually grab a coffee at a festival where it's being harvested- that must have been such an awesome experience. I had no idea that the beans were so lightly coloured when they are harvested! Hey @c0ff33a - tagging you here as I think you'd enjoy these fab photos!
