Viva Las Vegas

So I am going to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks. I have been there several times before and have been to many of the tourist spots. What I would like to do this time is go to some of the lesser known places, go to the places the locals like to go. Any recommendations? Especially for food, gambling, shopping, and other activities.
