Yemen is a country where the legendary and mysterious Queen of Sheba ruled many centuries ago. Most of the Yemeni resorts are places associated with ancient history.

Al-Saleh Mosque

It is one of the world's largest mosques. In the evenings, the territory includes spectacular lighting in yellow and blue, which distinguishes the mosque from the surrounding landscape.

Shibam

It is called "Manhattan in the desert" thanks to the multi-storey houses built in the XVI century. there are 506 identical eleven-storey buildings in Shibam, built of mud brick, straw and clay.

National Museum of Yemen

It is an impressive and large-scale building in the style of Yemeni architecture, impressive for its size. The exposition of the Museum presents ancient precious coins, documents, household items, ancient jewelry.

Dar al-Hajar

Dar al-Hajar Palace stands in a quiet green oasis in the Wadi Dhar valley and seemingly grew out of the rock. The date of construction of the Palace is unknown, but it is believed that the Palace was built long before the advent of Islam.

The Shahara Bridge

Bridge XVII century., thrown over a 300-meter gorge. It connects two parts of the almost inaccessible mountainous village of Shihara.

Socotra Island

A unique part of the land with a bizarre nature, a real find for scientists and eco-tourists. On Socotra grow unusual trees called "blood of the dragon", which are similar to giant mushrooms with a base of intertwined thick branches and a green hat.
