Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @peroo:

Church of St Ludmila. This is a lovely part of the city. The church is located at the entrance to namesti miru metro station. We have been to prague both in the summer and winter now. This visit was in the summer so it was lovely to sit on the benches outside the church and watch the world go by. In the winter, this location has a small but worthy christmas market which sells anything from food to souvenirs etc. There is a tram stop right outside the church also.

I rewarded @peroo entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Troja castle, view from the vineyard, Prague
P1100513.JPG
The castle was built by Count Šternberk in the Baroque style at the end of the 17th century. His garden was an example of a Louis XIV-style French garden.
In 1922, the last private owner donated the castle and the extensive surrounding land of the state.
The extensive exhibition of paintings of the City Gallery Prague is now located in the castle. There are a zoo and a botanical garden on the surrounding grounds.

Gallery Harfa is the administrative and commercial centre in Prague, where you can find 160 shops. One of its attractions is the rooftop terrace, where is located a children playground, an ice rink in winter and more. It is situated next to the 02 arena.

Dinosaur Park - a park with live dinosaurs that make sounds and moving giant lizards ...)
The second visit to Prague was rich in terms of visiting various exhibitions, museums and parks. Dinosaur Park was decided to visit in the morning. Despite the fact that visiting a dinosaur park was perceived by me with a smile, since I had long gone out of age when this was interesting, but I decided to visit anyway. In any case, this item of the program from “not banal and unusual in Prague” turned out to be quite funny and funny. Such unusual sculptures stand before the entrances

We enjoyed the trip to Cesky Krumlov. Amazing location of the city on the bends of the Vltava. The gloomy castle, which dominates the surrounding area, awakens the imagination, sets up a romantic mood. The spirit of the Middle Ages is preserved in the historical center. We recommend lovers of antiquity.

Český Krumlov is indeed one of the important historical monuments of the Czech Republic. Greatly repaired houses, all beautifully decorated, maintained and adapted to tourists. Possibility of refreshment at every step, shops with everything possible. I definitely recommend visiting.

Charles Bridge
One of the most beautiful bridges of the city. A romantic place, here you can take great photos for memory, admire the views, of course it is better to do it late at night, during the day many tourists.

The Church Of St Ludmila is a landmark church in the wonderful area Vinohrady & Vrsovice.
The twin spired church is located in a well kept little park and looks awesome.
On our latest visit the church was closed but I am always impressed by this church which easily dominates the immediate area, this church has stood here since 1888 so has some serious history attached to it.

An extraordinary church at Kutna Hora, Czech Republic, Sedlec Ossuary, is a must see on the travel itenerary, when visiting Czech Republic. Originally a part of the Sedlec Abbey, today the Sedlec Ossuary is a Roman catholic Church which is highly unusual. It's unusuallity lies in the fact that the entire small church is decorated by artful placement of human bones.

Difficult to explain the charm that this square emanates. Many buildings overlook it: the Church of San Nicola, Palazzo Kinsky, the Old Town Hall with the famous astronomical clock and the Church of Santa Maria di Tyn. The Romanesque and Gothic houses are also beautiful. During the Christmas season everything becomes "magical" with the markets and the big tree.

Prague Castle is a palatial complex built over different periods, which houses several palaces, churches, cathedrals, squares and convent. The ideal and go in the morning and spend all or almost all day. It is accessed without cost, but visiting inside palaces, towers or churches requires one or more tickets. You can climb the bell tower of the cathedral and see the clock mechanism (interesting). I would highlight the alley of gold, without a doubt the most original place inside the castle.
