The beauty and grace of these creatures is astonishing. They glide effortlessly around our oceans impressing all that pass them by. This particular one had an interesting colouration that I had not seen before.

Bom Jesus do Monte is one of the most interesting cathedrals in Europe. This is located in one of the hills of the city. You can reach the cathedral with zig-zag progressing stairs. But this can be a little tiring. So you can use the finicular to reach the cathedral.A statement from the past is used for stairs. "If you turn your back on Christianity, you're lost in these stairs".Another beautiful part of the cathedral is its gorgeous garden. There is a magnificent garden design worth seeing. If you visit to Braga one day, don't forget to visit this cathedral.

Close up of an ancient fountain with the Pantheon in the background. Built at the beginning of the second century AD, the Pantheon is one of the best-preserved of all Ancient Roman buildings, in large part because it has been in continuous use throughout its history.
This is the view over a glacier lake in the Tyrol region in the Austrian Alps. On our way to the Krimml Waterfall - the biggest waterfall in Austria, we saw this sunning lake and the mountains from the car window. And we went down later for a hike around the lake. It was an unplanned trip but a very pleasant surprise! :)
Seajellies
From two days ago walk to Curonian Spit, Baltic Sea coast, Lithuania. Was quite warm day, though quite windy. Forecast showed pretty nice possible clouds, which appeared not too much perfect but good enough to get some nice frames
Walked around for about one hour looking for various compositions and interesting foreground.
Seajellies are not too much common guests at Baltic Sea, but happens time to time. And that was the evening when were quite a lot thrown out to the beach. Together with nice reflection from the long wave all in one came to quite perfect scenery
Enjoy it!

Col du Galibier is one of the world most famous mountain passes. It was on schedule for many Tour de France cycling races before and next year the best riders will give their best effort to climb up there again…

Lagoa Comprida and Caldeira Negra on the island Flores, Azores.
The two lakes are directly next to each other and have a very different colour, so this is a real spectacle of nature and gives great panoramic pictures.
A shot of the Eiger, an imposing 3,970-metre (13,020 ft) mountain that forms part of the Bernese Alps looking over the valleys of Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The precipitous northern wall is known as the Eigerwand or Nordwand, it is at 1,800-metres (5,900 ft) the biggest north face in the Alps. First climbed in 1935 it is subject to several famous movies and books. It is often cynically referred to as Mordwand, which translates to "murder wall", as it is taken the lives of at least sixty-four climbers.
One vote for the only analog entry :)
Walking around Argos today, you can't suspect it has been inhabited since the Neolithic period! It is the biggest town in Argolis and a major centre for the area but all you can see is a small city not any different from many others in Greece.
And yet it has been continuously inhabited as at least a substantial village for the past 7,000 years and is a member of the Most Ancient European Towns Network!
Another view of one of Covadonga Lakes; their are glacial lakes, that can be found in Parque Nacional de Picos de Europa, a natural park in Spain. The path to the lakes is pretty easy, a lot of walking trails near by... and a beautiful view!
Buildings, hotels and casino packed right on the beach! This is what Biarritz look like, it isn't my favourite place but I must admit: walking at night along the cliff is very nice.
If you happen to visit, I suggest "la côte des Basques"
Location: Biarritz, France.
