Hello fellow Steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 SBD!
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Antarctica. I am also adding World´s Oceans to the same challenge to allow more Steemians to compete in this contest.

This magical sunset was taken in the Antarctic Peninsula in the Charlotte Channel. The light in Antarctica is so beautiful! We were so lucky to have the privilege of visiting during our filming trip for our documentary, The Map to Paradise.

Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total.

My entry for the new year is one of my favourite images of 2018. With the Kuju-Renzan in the background, the Shindonotaki Falls stand out as a silver sliver that slices through the great Narukogawa Keikoku forest.

Standing on the top of Summer's cliff I watch the night lights shining over the bay. A few clouds are floating in the sky and the stars are a little shy tonight. Still the view is just amazing and the place so peaceful!

ColorChallenge - Purple Sunday - @axeman in 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge!
Picturesque bay with some boats and mountains in the background on the Zakynthos Island, Greece. Covering an area of 405.55 km2 (156.6 sq mi), Zakynthos is the third largest of the Ionian islands and it is a very popular tourist destination as it boasts beautiful beaches and the famous Navagio shipwreck.
This rugged coast corresponds to Antofagasta, a costal city in northern Chile. The copper exports of the country goes through this region, for this reason there are many ships on the coast. At the background of the image there is the hill Cerro Moreno.
I love the light in this photo, the dark clouds sitting just above the ice made for some beautiful contrast. The photo was taken whilst on a filming trip for ‘The Map to Parsdise’.
Location: Old port of Marseille,e Mediterranean Sea, France.
The Old Port of Marseille is an absolute visit when in Marseille. The beautiful place to stroll around. The local fishing boats and a strange collection of oceanic fish and creatures. In the morning you can buy fresh fish. I found this to be the nicest part of town. Old Port area in Marseille was beautiful, relatively clean, peaceful and a delight for the senses. Don't listen to what people have to say about Marseille.
I've been a lot of places in the world but the one place that keeps drawing me back is Maui. There's rarely a day when the weather is perfect - and if it isn't just cross over to the other side of the island and it will be. Tons of snorkeling, diving and surfing if you're so inclined - as well as just perfect sandy beaches to hang out on. Personally I just like watching the clouds out over the pacific and listen to the waves crash on the shore.
Location: Maui, Hawaii. Pacific Ocean.

The melting ice
Frozen coastline of Baltic Sea looks just amazing during still colorful sunsets. Just freshly retouched, but actually taken from few years old archive. Maybe I;m becoming too old to jump all over those ice pieces or even to lay down on the ice to get better composition or point of view? Will see, still had no strong cold this year, but should come.
So, that day was almost about zero degrees I guess after few days of strong cold. So some ice melted from the top and looks much more nicer with a bit of reflections

Sunset over the Caribbean see, in the Dominican Republic. I always love watching sunset and sunrise. The end of a beautiful day and the start of another one on the other side of the planet.
The city of Bonifacio at the south of Corsica. The buildings look like they are about to fall in the water. Nonetheless, it must be quite view when you open the windows in the morning.
