Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @peroo:

This town was one that actually met, even exceeded our expectations. While Prague was very crowded, Krumlov still retains its charm and a sense of its past. Yes, there are a lot people visiting but everyone is walking throughout the town and its castle, so it does not feel claustrophobic - quite the opposite. The shops do have some original work [although you have to be discerning]. There are small passageways throughout and you can spend at least one day just walking around. You could easily spend two days here at minimum if you want a more relaxed side trip to the Bohemian part of the Czech Republic.

Vyšehrad is a great place for a walk in Prague. Autumn mornings are so peaceful here. There are good views over the city and down the river. Everything turned to yellow and I had to take so many pictures. A nice change from the tourist-packed old town.

Oh, I absolutely love that area. It's just shame we do not get many entries from there. Let this be a little inspiration for everyone. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

A couple of days ago, while enjoying a nice walk through the picturesque Silesian countryside shrouded in autumun colors, I noticed an old tree with a massive hole in its trunk. I pulled out my smart phone camera and took a couple of shots of the landscape in the background through the hole. Here is what I got :)

The Obelisk located at the courtyard of Prague Castle is a World War I memorial and it dates of 1928. Behind it, in the image, it can be seen the central tower of St Vitus Cathedral. This tower is Baroque, however the majority of the Cathedral was built in Gothic style.

The image that I propose to you today, I took it in the late afternoon of August in Prague, in the old town square in front of Palác Golz-Kinských, where a beautiful white carriage was dragged by a white horse, it seemed to be returned in 1800.

Cesky Krunlov is one of those cities that are forever in our hearts. The historical center is very well maintained and beautiful. We spent two days in the city that are enough to know it well. We had the opportunity to be in town during the festival ST. Wenceslao, when there were presentations of traditional dances. Very interesting! If you go to Czech Repuplic, you must visit Cèsky Krumlov.

Old Town Square
Cobbled streets everywhere in this fascinating old town of sky-piercing spires and gothic detail on an assortment of different coloured buildings. Stood and watched the Anatomical Clock chiming on the hour with its procession of the Twelve Apostles while Death rings its bell. Make sure you look up at the tops of the buildings as well as eye level and then you won't miss The Hanging Out Sculpture - a figure casually dangling off a pole above the street. Take your camera as theres so much to photo.

St. barbara's Church
First of all, the cathedral impressed with its size - it was surprising to see such a large-scale building in a small town 100 km from Prague. Inside, too, had enough impressions: beautiful stained glass windows, interesting old murals on the walls, unusual - noble coats of arms on the ceiling of the cathedral, as a whole - classic Gothic, but with their "tricks" - for example, a statue of the excavator almost in the center of the cathedral.

Beautiful city bro

Arrived in the old town of Prague is one, if one is at the old town ring. The Tyn Church, Old Town Hall with the world-famous Rathausuhr and St. Nicolas Church. These are the buildings that are the first to catch your eye and are the most well-known, with not a single building around the Old Town Square, and spectacular. Here it is always turbulent, showmen are trying to entertain people, stalls want to sell food and ride a carriage through the streets, hoping to bring you closer to the city! A visit to Prague without Old Town Square and Old Town of Prague is pointless! In spite of large amounts of tourists please walk by and enjoy the architecture and the flair of the old town!

That's a hidden gem in Czech Republic. Many tourists are confused about word Switzerland in name but it has no concerns with Switzerland at all. Beautiful place! We went here hoping to take pictures and they were justified. Types smartest and lucky with the weather. The rise is not complicated at all, half an hour vigorous step and you are not the place. For lovers of great views.
