Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @mrprofessor:

The colorful Olomouc. During my bicycle touring I passed through some beautiful cities, one of them being Olomouc, where for sure a bit of my heart stayed on those colorful narrow streets. I'll be back Czech Republic!

Old Town Square is one of the most beautiful places in Prague, which I highly recommend to visit. I advise you to look at it twice, in the afternoon and evening. I was fascinated by this place, so no matter how many times I planned to visit Prague, I will definitely come here!

The facades of the houses located on the square are unique and differ in baroque, rococo, renaissance, and gothic styles. Here you can make a lot of beautiful photos. Coming to the Old Town Square is better in the morning. At this time of day tourists will be the least.

Some great recommendations in your entry. I like that! Well worth featuring today. Have a great weekend.

One of many beautiful sunsets that I captured in a rural part of the Moravian - Silesian Region of the Czech Republic earlier this year in summer. I just love peaceful summer evenings spent close to nature like that.

Btw @mrprofessor, congrats on your feature - I told you would do great in this contest :)

Žofín (and the National Theater), view over the Vltava River from Jirásek´s Bridge

There are two buildings in the center of the photo. I will not mention the National Theater.
The second, closer, the building is Žofín. (Sofias Palace according to the mother of Emperor Franz Joseph I.).
Žofín in its present form was built in 1884. It became the social and cultural center of the Czechs in Prague. But it was replaced in 1912 by the Municipal House next to the Powder Tower.

So called "Vaclavske namesti" (Wenceslas Square) is the thing I stick in my head ever since I visited Prague for the first time. For me, square means something..hmm...well, it needs to be squarish at least a bit :D But Wenceslas Square is a basically a loooong wide street :D I just can't get my head around it :D

I wanna go there,it is sengan country.

Good choiche, it's really a good picture ^^
