Courtyard spaces–4

What to write endlessly about yards - everything is clear about them. The old courtyard spaces evoke emotions in my generation, and our children will be nostalgic over the new ones, remembering their time and their stories.

A good photographer in most cases knows the answer to the question why he is shooting. I also got a kind of meaning after I found out about Steemit and Golos. For a long time I wrote about my travels and not only. At first it turned out not very beautiful in terms of writing text. But over time, I found some kind of core and even began to write articles in the newspaper. I did not become embarrassed by my thoughts and learned how to more or less formulate them. For the first time in my life, some kind of photo projects began to appear. I had to learn how to select photos.

I have not missed a day for many years - to write a blog and prepare photographs for me has become a certain obligation. Very often I did not want to do anything, but I forced myself again and again. This is a whole work. I only thought about some earnings on this platform for the first half a year, then this blogging (I don’t really like this word) just dragged me on. You know, this happens to many, when you do the same thing for several years, the brain begins to sour and a feeling of degradation appears. At this time, you need to realize what is happening on time and start changing something.

I am in a vacuum right now and do not yet understand what to do next. I know very well that I have a certain circle of subscribers and curators. Someone reads me every day and maybe even waits for my notes, but someone doesn’t like at all what I'm writing or just boring. But if you face the truth, few people read posts here. They all like without looking or even bots.

I would not want to stop writing here, but I no longer feel inspired, enthusiastic, or simply wanting to do something. Maybe it's just a reboot before a new stage in life, or maybe just a mild autumn depression. Perhaps this is due to the low rate of the Steem. Moreover, I do not want to photograph anything. Probably, for creative people this happens from time to time. I have ceased to understand whether I shoot well or pictures of shit. Does anyone need it at all.

Elementary mathematics adds drama to all this lyrics. Transport costs even for small trips do not pay off in any way, and enthusiasm cannot be infinitely poured into a tank - the car refuses to drive on it. I really want to go everywhere and take pictures all around, but sometimes I want to eat more.

Anyone who reads will immediately see a hint that I am complaining about the insufficient number of likes and asking for money. I see no reason to ask for something here. Is it possible to wish for an increase in the rate of the Steem, but I no longer believe miracles. In general, if suddenly the payout for the post increases, then of course, I will only be delighted! The extra $10 per month will also not hurt – I can pay for the Internet (this is sarcasm).

To summarize: in order to continue to write an author’s blog with beautiful and interesting photographs, I need the appropriate material. To get the material, you need funds for transportation costs. Nearby, I retook everything, and repeating again is a creative dead end. What I can do I have not figured out yet. I want to continue to write and photograph, but I need themes and costs.

You will say that I have said more than once that I can easily take pictures of anything, turn it into a photo story or project and write about it. Yes, but each time the topic becomes more specific, and the readership (if any) is sharply narrowing.
In the end, I came to the conceptual photo, in which I am still not quite good, and the audience does not fumble in this.
