We started our six months journey end of November. We flew from Zurich to Bangkok and enjoyed the first days in 5* hotels from Banyan Tree to Grand Hyatt. It was my first time in Bangkok and there were so many impressions. One of my favourite experiences was the floating market near Bangkok.

FLOATING MARKET

After the busy days in Bangkok we went to Koh Samet, Chiang Mai, Pai, Macau, Hongkong, Kota Kinabalu and finally to Singapore. We were so happy when we arrived, because we did not have such good experiences in all the other countries. But Singapore was the shining star on our Asia trip! We are in love with this city, the locals are so friendly and helpful. The city is clean, everything is organized, the public transport is awesome, the food is hard to beat. There is so much to do and to discover. We like the beautiful skyline from Singapore, the Skygarden and the whole area around Marina Bay and of course the public Orchard Road.

KOH SAMET

After three weeks in Asia we went to Australia. We flew to Perth catching a breath of the westcoast. We found a nice hostel over www.cheapair.com and paid for all easily with BTC :-). For Christmas we went to Rockingham and spent some days in an Air B&B with a lovely 73 year old english man. Now we are back in the city at that lovely hostel looking forward to whats about to come.
