Day 5
Today our plan was to go to Patong Beach. It’s only about 15-20 minutes walk away from where we were staying. So along the way, there were various varieties of street food, small selection of stalls selling clothes and accessories which are mostly made by the local people and super cheap! There was also music being played at one corner.

We asked the lady how long has she been selling? she said since she was 15 years old.

Patong Beach is the main tourist attraction and is the center of Phuket’s nightlife and shopping. The beach became popular with Western tourists, especially Europeans.

Here we are, welcome to Patong Beach! 😋

Day 6
Today our itinerary was to go shopping! Yeah, final shopping before we leave Phuket tomorrow. So, we went to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Big C. We ended up buying most of our stuffs from the stalls as they are slightly cheaper compared buying them in the shopping mall and they are selling exactly the same.

Busy shopping hehe😬

After a tiring day of walking and shopping we went back to our hotel to rest and freshen up. The only thing that we didn't get to experience since day 1 was clubbing! The night life is in Bangla road, which is about 15-20 minutes walk away from where we were staying. The road is closed to vehicle traffic and becomes a festival of neon lights, loud music and cheap beer. It is indeed a lively place to walk around as the whole stretch of road is packed with bars and clubs who compete with other for customers.
