Trails of a Bikerni 001- Chikmagalur!!!! (Part 1)

Hey Steemtians, Posting after a very long time. Hoping to be consistent now. As you all know, I'm a Biker Girl who rides a KTM RC 390. And will be updating most of my ride stories here. So, today i am going to post about my ride to Chikmagalur. Its divided into two parts as my trip was of two days.

It is always fun to ride in the rainy season, that too, on the coast of Western ghats, because you can see greenery everywhere. Rain and ride always makes the best combination. (I feel so, hopefully even you guys feel the same).

Keeping that in mind, I decided to ride to Chikmagalur. It is well known as land of coffee. It is 150 kms from my home town. I wanted to start early in the morning but unfortunately I slept late previous night because of the new game "ludo star". (Even you guys can download it from play store. It’s fun to play that game :p)

Morning 10am I started my ride. We have to go through charmadi ghats and is very well known for its beauty in the rainy season. Though i reached there around 12pm, It was fully covered in fog and a very cool breeze. After clicking few pictures there, I headed to the place called Devaramane.

Devaramane is 30 kms from charmadi ghat. We need to take interior road which is covered by paddy fields and coffee plants. Got to see a beautiful view from this road. When I went further, the road was not that proper and I could find elephant dungs everywhere, but no elephants, sadly! Hope I find them next time :p

I took a narrow but beautiful road to chikmagalur city. I reached post noon.

I reached Devaramane, a village in Mudigere Taluk, Chikmagalur.

This village is more famous for its Kalabhairaveshwara temple.

Spent some quality time here before heading to the room.

I kept my luggage and had food. I also wanted to check other places but people suggested it would be better to visit the place in the morning. So I explored chikmagalur city that day.
