What is the most beautiful in Bangkok?

That is a clear answer for me! Temples. I´m not a huge fan of Khao San Road and bars and parties when I´m on travel. That explains that I spend only a few days in capitals. Capital or big cities in Asia (not all of course) are quite similar to any other capitals in my opinion. That means that it lost its authenticity.

Are you ready to visit temples with us? The most beautiful things you could see in Bangkok? Don´t forget to dress properly and let´s go!

We woke up early in the morning and enjoyed our hotel breakfast. This my recommendation number three (I think). Book your hotels or any other type of accommodation better breakfast included. It is easy to get up and go eat without sneaking around and looking for food, trust me. After the breakfast, we caught up a metro (Sukhumvit) and travelled to Hua Lamphong station. From this point, we continued walking to the nearest boat station. You have to catch here public boat not some tourist expensive boat. The public boat you can recognize by not having any flag and it cost about 10 THB. I think that the touristic had the blue flag. Our first stop was at the Wat Arun Temple. It was majestic! It was so precious made that I could not believe how anybody could make it at that times!

Let´s continue across the river! Surprisingly with another temple.

Another temple is the main temple, the Royal temple. We had a kind of a luck. Maybe twice! On our way to the Royal temple, some Thai guy stopped us and told us that the temple is closed. DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE LIES. They just want you to get you somewhere else for an amount of money or worse, they get you to an illegal market. This was not the luck of course, but this guy started to speak to another tourist near to us and guess what? They were Czech as us! The funny thing, it was a boyfriend of my friend. The world is so small. The second luck was that around the Royal temple was a special parade (I didn't take photos for certainty).

We also went to the famous Khao San Road to see what is so fantastic here. You can buy here many "fakes", smokings, get tattoo or piercing, drink an alcohol or as you can see below eat a Scorpio. But for us nothing awesome there, maybe only cheap Pad Thai!

As you know, we love temples and ancient architecture. Our next day in Thailand we will spend in the ancient city of Ayuthaya.
