How to go to El Nido, Palawan, Philippines (The Worlds Best Island)

Many of you would ask how to get to Palawan also known as Worlds Best Island, particularly El Nido.

El Nido is one of the 23 municipalities of Palawan also the first class municipality of the province, with 18 barangays with 41, 606 population according to 2015 census.

El Nido was featured so many times in different television show local and international because of its natural beauty, it is also the home of survivor franchise such as Survivor South Africa, France, Sweden.

How to get there?

From Manila to Puerto Princesa City via Plane thru Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Philippine Airlines, it will take 1 hour and 20 mins.
(Optional is a direct flight from Manila to El Nido via Airswift but more expensive)

Upon arriving in Puerto Princesa New Airport, there are options for you when you get outside.

Take a Van from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, it will take 4-5 hours before you get there.

2 Hours from Puerto Princesa you will reach Roxas, there are van stops so you could eat.

An hour from Roxas you will reach taytay and another hour you will to your destination.

Upon arriving since all the Vans are not allowed to enter the town of El Nido you have to get a tricycle maximum fare is Php 50.00 per tricycle (Don't get fooled if they will give you more than that)

Accommodations is El Nido will range from Php1000-2500/night and if you are looking for restaurant just walk nearby beach there are a lot of restaurants you could choose.

Of course the main activity in El Nido is Island Hopping.

Tour C (The Beaches) Php 1,400/person
Tour D (Cadlao Island) Php 1,200/person

If you have finish already the Island Tours you could try also cliff climbing just look for a tour guide which will assist you to go to Taraw Cliff, another Option is Nacpan Beach (The Worlds Best Beach) just hire a motorcycle for 600/peso per day.
