One of the known island is the Negros province where the island consist of 2 regions the Negros Occidental and the Negros Oriental.

This month of September we have Minuluan festival in Talisay and this coming October we have Masskara Festival in City of smiles the Bacolod. For the month of November Isabela celebrates the Tigkalalag festival means all souls day then before the year ends. The Bailes De Luces where dancers performing when the light is off while holding assorted lighted color torch and costumes with colorful dancing lights on it.
