Schwarzenberg Palace, back side, Hradčany, Prague
The palace was built between 1545 and 1547. Its plaster was decorated with a technique of sgraffiti.
Of course it was later rebuilt in Baroque style. The plaster has been overcoated. But in 1871 a major reconstruction took place, which returned the palace to its original form.
This construction started a neo-Renaissance wave in Bohemia. You will see a similar facade in many Prague buildings from the end of the 19th century. So here you can see their pattern.
