I grew up near the beach and the ocean and moved out west over a decade ago, I have to agree that mountains are so much better! The beach is nice too tho, I miss it sometime. That castle is so cool, I have been fascinated with it since I saw it for the first time, I want to stay there one day even if it's just one night. Banff is a large natural wildlife preserve with many great places to visit, quiet and busy alike, I hope you get to see it for yourself one day.
