Wow...so much positivity coming out of that post :)) That sunrise video is soo cool..the whole scene is just sooo calm:)
Regarding meditation in the group, I've never tried in the group it but I don't think I'd like it more than doing it alone..i'd just feel too vulnerable I guess :D
