RE: Christmas on the Beach. Henley Beach and Square.

Nice. I know the Southern beaches well, but rarely get out North. I've heard good things about crabbing at St Kilda with rakes. Sounds fun, and I love me some blue swimmer. It's not like I'm catching a squid any time soon.

It's been a long time since we went south. We spent our first two weeks in Huntfield Heights when we first arrived and loved Port Noarlunga beach. Fond memories, but they come with butterflies too, as we made new discoveries on the other side of the world. Adventurous times.

St Kilda is probably our nearest beach if we go straight to the coast from here. It's a bit muddy for typical beach activities though. The girls used to love the playground there. We never did get around to doing the mangroves boardwalk. The day we'd planned it, storms had taken some of the boardwalk out. Maybe we should revisit it.
