Unusual sculpture/ statue of Buddha

I came across this rather unusual statue at Wat Pho Buddha temple in Bangkok, where Lord Hanuma is on the left side of Lord Buddha and offering prayers and an elephant kneeling on right side.

It left me many questions unanswered.
Is Lord Buddha considered an incarnation of Lord Rama?
Is the elephant a representation of Lord Ganesh?

I don’t know and any explanation, I would be grateful.
