Travel | Adventure at Tiger Tail Beach, Florida
One of the reasons I love posting on DTube is because it incentivizes me to get better at making videos!
Isn't that one of the best parts of Steem? So many of us are becoming better bloggers, vloggers, chefs, developers, and content creators in general. Wow, that's awesome!! We're being pushed beyond our current creativity levels and beyond!
That said, I tried something new with this video and I hope you all like it!
We're visiting my parents again in sunny and gorgeous Southeast Florida and we've had an amazing time going on hikes, being at the beach, eating @birdsinparadise's amazing food creations (when did my mom become a gourmet chef?!), hanging out with my new nephew and enjoying family time.
One of our favorite places to go is the beach. We have a few favorite haunts, but usually the best ones are the least commercialized with the opportunity for what I think of as an "old beach" feel. What were the beaches even like before people came here?
Partly I think that they had so many more plants and trees! We've seen some of these gorgeous and stately old trees and been able to take beach strolls around them.
Even in the face of encroaching development, there is still a magic presence that soothes the spirit and creates openness.
Where sea meets land, wildness is still alive- no matter how much humans try to control it. The shifting tides, the ever changing shore and the salty spray. The beach is a place of beauty.
In today's video (it' not a vlog, but a video!), we walk by the skimmers, do one handed cartwheels, enjoy the cool beach air (Fall is in the air, no matter what anyone says!), find a plethora of sand dollars and you can hear @birdsinparadise wax poetic about our day at the beach.
I love the beach for its moments of lightness and release. The waves rolling in combined with the setting sun, ambulation, wet sandy feet and family make for a sweet moment. These are moments to cherish.

Looks lovely, and both the dunes and grass and the beach itself remind me of Anna Maria Island, which is where we go quite often to visit family. It's basically a key but up by Tampa / Sarasota, if you're not familiar. Your video is great. Nicely done!

I love the beach but darn is that ocean filthy. I'm from Croatia, and our Mediterranean sea is as blue as it can get. Have never seen an ocean up close and personal. Had no idea it's this filthy.
Much more enjoy the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. You should visit once if you still haven't.
Anyway, great video. Looking forward for your future creations.

Thank you so much! This beach is quite clean, but the waters just aren't as clear as the Mediterranean or even just a bit more south once you reach the caribbean :) and they just had a hurricane here recently. I would love to visit the Mediterranean one day!
