Looks like a great destination! How easy is it to communicate and get around as an English speaker? Do most locals speak English and do you speak the local language (which is?).
Hey Ruth so good to hear from you. Russina is the spoken language here. The younger generation can communicate in English but they are kind of shy to do so. In all honesty it's not most English friendly place to travel in, but it's certainly not the hardest either.

I'm doing so well Ruth! Having fun in the sun this winter in Thailand. Come for a week and stay the winter! It's just that kind of place. Love it here. Yes, we are certainly due to catch up. How are you!???

So glad you're well Dan :-)), I would LOVE to come and visit, the sun and change of scene would be just the right medicine. It's absolutely freezing here to my blood that's thinned after 30 years in a mild climate! I literally have 3 sweaters on today lol!!
I"ll keep it in mind as an option....also wanting to go to the UK to visit my family....that of course is not warm though.
