I Found My Soulmate (Only Problem Is I Forgot What He Looks Like)

When you see a giant fluffy bear there is only one option: climb on it. It's like the animal version of santa. That's why my trip to New York started with helping this little girl do exactly just that.

Now that she sat on an inaminate bear and her life was complete, it was time to go hang out with my Ukranian friends who hobo'd it up in Florida with me. Remember them?

My other friend from Pennsylvania came to meet up with me in New York, which is great, because it meant that we got to ride around the same block near 5th avenue approximately 30 times while listening to this song each time we went around looking for overpriced parking:

Once we found parking, we got lucky. We wanted street food, but we found something better.

We found street food AND a Brazilian festival that we had no idea was going on.

Yay for New York being a melting pot because it was the best day ever. I did get majorly distracted and ending up meeting with the Ukranian girls a few hours later than I originally thought, but they were fine with it.

Thank God for friends who understand the need to be spontaneous and go with the flow when opportunity presents itself.

After partying Brazilian style for a few hours in New York, it was FINALLY time to go reunite with the Ukranians!

They introduced me to a new friend, the panda-lobster-seal-dog.

I'd say we hit it off right away.

We actually made up TWO of our own songs that night, one was about the panda-lobster-seal-dog...

...but they are so ridiculously over the top embarrassing I'm not sure if I could be coerced into sharing them for Travel Tunes Tuesday.

MAYBE.

Ok, fine, I'll do the soulmate one but not the lobster-bear animal song because that one is almost 6 minutes long (even though that one's my favorite because the Ukranians are in it.

And also because the lyrics consist of things like "How do cows say moo in Ukranian? Meow."
and "who doesn't like a creepy animal" and "Everyone likes horses with an accent" and"she kept an animal in her dress and it had a panda head."

I'm only doing this because I usually do 3 songs minimum for #TravelTunesTuesday and this would honestly be the 3rd song that reminds me of my New York trip.

If you want to know which one is me, I start off talking, and then the part where I start singing is "we were drivin' but didn't get too far."
