One of the attractions of Khulna, Bangladesh is the Karamjal tourism center

Khulna Division has a number of significant and attractive tourism centers. Each tourism center attracts tourists' tremendously. Sundarbans is one of Khulna's most popular and attractive tourist attractions. Excellent places in the Sundarbans are Katka Beach, Dublar Char, Kanchikhali, Kalir Char, Karamjal, Mandarbaria Sea Beach etc. Among these tourist centers, Karamjal Tourism Station is one of the 30 hectors area. Karamjal is located in Chandpai range of Sundarbans Eastern Zone. There are numerous tourists visiting tourism centers every year. Karamjal tourism center is the most suitable place for travel in Sundarban.

Karamjal Tourism Center is located on the bank of river Pashur, which is about eight kilometers away from the Mongla port. This tourist centre is a beauty center of nature, surrounded by trees, animals and birds. Here you can see monkeys, elephants, foxes, crocodiles, and many other animals. It is to be noted that Bangladesh's one of the attractions are situated in Karamjal that is Crocodile Reproduction Center, deer breeding center and eco-tourism. Among the tourist attractions of Karamjal, different species of birds, towers, fisheries, fishing scenes and wooden trails are notable.

Engine boat or trawlers driven from the port of Mongla, you can be reached Karamjal only in 45 to 60 minutes. As you enter into the Karamjal tourist center, the map will tell you where to go, how to go. Then there is a wooden zigzag path on the middle of the forest. The name of this path is Monkey Trail.

Rhesus monkeys are found in this trail. Other biodiversity can also be seen. If you walk through this trail, you can go to the deer and crocodile breeding center. Crocodile breeding centers include baby crocodiles, aquatic crocodile, crocodile kidneys. Crocodile production in artificial way is contributed only to crocodile breeding centers. The saltwater crocodiles generally live for 80-100 years.

The main part of the wooden trail stopped at a canal. There is a observation tower in the middle of the trail that the whole environment can be seen better. On the front of the trail, you will see at one point the open space surrounded by a cage like a zoo. There lives many Chitra deer. There is another cage inside the cage where Rhesus monkeys live. So, your time will be spent amazingly in the tourist center of Karamjal.
