I passed by Plaza de Cibeles on my visit to Madrid a few years ago. It was the last day of my trip and a Sunday, I had ran out of things to do and was just wandering around the city. Suddenly I saw this magnificent building ahead of me, I didn't know its significance at that time but it was a great way to round off my trip.
