I am sensitive to things too and get really paranoid about even over-the-counter packaged stuff. So I feel for you :)
Hehe thanks. I RARELY take "pills" anymore. I'm more into natural remedies now because I had long-lasting side effects from some medicine I used to take in high school for acne. But if I'm traveling, I'll either tough it out or take what I can get.
So I feel ya even with the over-the-counter stuff!
