This is SO awesome - I love travel posts and food posts - and this is a perfect example of both all in one post. Your journey looked amazing - I want that grilled eggplant so bad! And the fermented sorbet sounds well worth a taste. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your kind words! :) I was a little bit skeptical with that eggplant as I don't like mushy food. But it was not mushy at all. It was juicy and not mushy - very good :) Oh yes! That sorbet was really good. When you would ever go to Mallorca, make sure to visit that place :)
