We've spent 5 months in 2018 in Costa Rica :) Country is beautiful but lack of yellow cheese and many other diary products made it hard for us to live there.
Haha yeah for some reason there's not a big dairy culture or fish either here. Even by the beach fish isn't a big thing, unless it's deep fried and probably frozen!
5 months is nice, you had time to really see the place.
