Thanks for sharing your trekking adventure with us. India sure has some strange traditions. Temples where only men are allowed, lakes where only women are allowed... What's up with all that?

It is strange but it is not like that, at Mani mahesh lake there are two small lakes one is for males and second is only for females.
Yeah that I agree in some temples females can not go, and even I can't understand this thing, may be according to Hindu religion female can not enter in temple while they are having monthly periods. Now days there are only few temples left where female can't go.
