the digestive system is a very very important system throughout the body and complex as well

The food start his journey from mouth.The mouth contains salivary glands ,Tonque and teeth which help in grinding of food into small pieces .source google.The salivary glands secrete the sliva which help in the moist of food.

The Tongue is the small organ made of pairs of muscle.the tongue is located inferior
Portion of the mouth .the function of tonque move food
Pharynx
The pharynx is tube shape structure connected to the posterior end of the mouth .The function of the pharynx to passs away the chewed food from the mouth to esophagus.It also for air gaining air from the out through nasal cavity
